This hammer does what it's supposed to, at a fraction of the cost you'll find comperable chipping hammers elsewhere.

For the price, I can afford to have these things handy wherever I may need them. I could never remember whether I left it on my cart, one of my benches (burried), or actually put it back in the box. I have 3 of them so I know I've always got one handy when I need it.

I does what it needs too at the sale price who can complain you can buy 3 for the price of one name brand Chipping Hammer and I beat mine up all day long.





If you need one and your on a budget it is a no brainier.

So what could you want in a hammer? It works just like you think it would from the picture. The handle is comfortable and its very sturdy. It's small though. I can imagine for large projects it would get frustrating. I had small work areas and it took me quite a few whacks to dislodge slag because of the small impact area on this hammer. I may actually grind it down the way I want. But it's a sturdy little piece.
